Looking for a roommate in my 2 bedroom, 2.5 half bath townhouse in Bankview. Just across the street from a park, so there is lots free parking available. Very close to downtown and all amenities. This home is a brand new modern home with upgrades throughout, which includes high-end appliances and finishings. Ideal for anyone working downtown. You have your own private bath. The house is fully furnished except the bedroom. A bed is available if needed, but mattress is not. $950/month and we will share utilities. The map won't register my real location because it's a new house I guess. I'm actually closer to 14th street. On 15th street and 25th ave.
