I am renting out the second bedroom of my apartment as my current roommate will be leaving second week of December due to circumstances beyond her control. This apartment is setup for roommates with living room and dinning room separating the two bedrooms. The apartment is fully furnished except the room for rent. You would have to bring your own bedroom furniture only. The lease expires in August 2016 and may or may not be renewed. The apartment complex has a swimming pool, and a gym. The rent will be $500 a month. Washer and Drier included in the apartment. There will be shared responsibility on the other utility bills such as cable, internet, power and water. In total the person leasing the room should be looking to spend between 600 and $750 a month. This is only for serious minded people who want a very comfortable living arrangement while they pursue the next chapter in their life.

Ideal Roommate: Non-cigarette or marijuana smoking. I need someone that will respect me and my property, drama, or baggage. She must have a stable job with stable verifiable income. Work Monday through Friday day job preferably. Cannot have live in guests, that means having friends staying overnight with you more that one day consecutively. This will result by terminating your stay. No house parties.


Me: I am in my late 20's, work Monday - Friday 8am to 5 pm. I get settled in my bed around 11pm and like for the house to be quiet so as to get up well rested for work. I take my job very seriously. I do not smoke cigarette nor am I 420 friendly. I have no pets and do not want any in the house. I drink wine occasionally so that will not be a problem for you to do so as well.
