Large Room/w Bathroom in my Condo

Description

I have a large single bedroom with attached full bathroom with shower only in my own condominium for a mature, and full time student or working adult. The room has two full size windows and lots of light. Unit is a bottom floor 3 bedroom, 2 bath condo with a fireplace. We have parking; a stub is provided with rent, area is uncovered and unmarked. We have a community pool, area is pretty and quiet. There are a number of kids living in the community; but they are fairly quiet; I've had no problems with them at all. Utilities, cable, and internet are provided with the rent. I also allow light use of my personal washer and dryer. We are quiet people and ask the same of tenant; no overnighters or friends please. We are clean and respectful; we expect same from our tenant. Full use of kitchen and everything needed for cooking is available. I only ask that tenant leave the kitchen like it was found. There is no maid service unless you provide it!
