Private Room for Rent

Description

Private room for rent with attached bathroom. All utilities including wifi are covered after flat monthly rate. Because utilities are covered, we are asking for $300 for one person, $500 for a couple. You would be in the only bedroom in the basement, so you have an added degree of privacy. We require no lease, but will ask you to sign an agreement that you are responsible for the room and will be held responsible for any damages. We look forward to meeting you!
