2 professional women in their 20's looking for a third roommate in this beautiful, large, furnished townhouse in Riverbend.
Close to Whitemud, river valley walking trails, and bus routes. Quiet neighbourhood.
Unit has 1 plus 2 half baths (one half bath is for the master suite), fridge stove dishwasher washer dryer & a piano. Home is fully furnished except your bedroom - but feel free to take creative liberties with your furniture and decorations if you please.
We have a garage, but it's used for storage and a smoking room; there is a small driveway to park on (will park two cars, one behind the other), but there's plenty of parking on the service road in front of the complex.
We have 1 medium sized mixed breed dog and two cats. If you have a dog that is friendly, it would be welcome.
You must be able to pick up after yourself and share in the cleaning duties. We are good, respectful individuals and would like to find someone who is the same.
