Description coming soonHave one room for rent - fully furnished. House is a 2,400 foot 4 BR / 3Bath / 3 car garage, with a nice view, spa/pool, and has laundry facilities. House is located in Westchase, which is a well-manicured subdivision built in 1995 with family oriented recreational facilities, restaurants, bars, and night life. House is very conducive to corporate re-locations or someone traveling based on house proximity to the airport, and centralized nature within the Greater Tampa Area. The room itself is medium sized spare bed room on the opposite side of the house as the master. Bed, nightstand, lamp, and dresser are provided within the room. Cable / Wi-Fi connection (and DVR) already connected. Living room has full entertainment facilities, and kitchen is fully stocked. Independent refrigerator also possible if desired - as I have a new, clean spare. Overall I'm very outgoing and social, but also respectful of other's privacy. I like to laugh and meet up with friends at local establishments. All-N-All easy going, clean living with a flip flop mentality.
