The apartment is super convenient. Walk less then 5 mins to any 8 subways(2,3,R,4,5,A,C,M), Utilities at $200 a month includes Wifi, cable TV, electric, gas and cleaning maid every other week. Take only 1 min walk to subway 2/3 and Wall Street is just a stop away.

Trader Joe, supermarkets, multiplex movie theater and restaurants all in the area. Parks eg. Brooklyn Bridge park, Dumbo is only 10 mins. walk.

A month security and a month deposit in advance. References expected. Rental $1600, Utilities: Wifi, Cable TV, Electric, Gas, Maid Cleaning Services $200 a month. Total: $1800 a month.

Fully furnished with Smart HDTV and I provide duvet, bed sheets and towels. Just bring your luggage and good to go. Just like a hotel.
