UMass Students Looking for Roommate

Currently there are four of us in the house, but one roommate is trying to move out as soon as she can. We are looking for at least one roommate to move in ASAP. Amongst four people the rent would be $615 + electric and cable, so roughly $640 for November and December. We are hoping to have two roommates move in for the spring semester- so far we have had a good amount of interest there. It is a 6 bedroom house, and with a possible 6 of us in the spring the rent would be $410 + electric and cable.

So we are looking for someone to help the three of us for November and December, and then we expect rent to decrease starting in January. The three of us are UMass seniors, very laid back and easy going people to live with. We do have a small black lab. Our house has 6 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms across 2 floors. Very spacious living room and kitchen, as well as a deck and sun room. Large backyard and we are at the base of Mt. Pollux. The views around here are breathtaking and it's a very quaint part of town. The closest bus stop to campus is the 30 at Colonial Village down the street, and we have a driveway large enough for 6 cars.
