This room has been rented and is currently unavailable, I have one room still available for rent check my profile to see my other listings 😊 This room is furnished with a twin size bed, mirror, two shelves.

The deposit / move in fee is four hundred fifty dollars. The deposit is refunded as long as there are no damages and in the same condition as when you moved into it and a thirty days move out notice is given.

Our home is a kind, drama free, mature, trustworthy, authentic, environmentally friendly, equal rights, fun, peaceful, safe, cozy, professional minded environment.

Rent is two hundred ten
a week and includes furnished room with bedding, towels, utilities, wifi and I even provide common amenities like shampoo, conditioner, body soap, laundry soap, toilet paper, paper towels etc

All common areas get deep cleaned weekly be me or a housekeeper. Tenant is still expected to clean up after themselves in the common areas.
