big room av. Renewed flat. Manayun

Hi everyone

Manayunk center, the room is about 240ft2 for $740, pretty big window and bright light.
The flat has been renewed 2 years ago, it smells really good and it's comfortable inside. We also have a small backyard with two pieces of lawn if one of you wants to initiate a productive garden.

My name is Alexandre, I am a cool french student, 25 years old.
I work for the chemical company Arkema, study in chemical engineering.
I have quite a big experience in flatsharings since I am studying. Most of the time it was three people, but I also lived a year with 6 different persons. As a matter of fact, everything was doing really fine because I am really kind, quite relax and I like the respect of things and people in the house

The second roommate is Melissa, just arrived two weeks ago from deep middle US; but, she is cool and nice, talkative and happy. I will say for the moment she deserves easily a 8/10 regarding respect of things in the house, but I don't really know her yet
