Rent is $375 with first month's rent included. The only utility you have to pay for is electricity. In the picture, my room is #3. It has a closet as well as a private full bathroom. A window that has a view of the woods which is nice to look at! In my room right now I have a queen bed, a desk and chair, a separate chair, a mirror and a bedside table, I thought that may help give you an idea about how much room is in here. the living room has a sofa, tv, coffee table and chairs as well as a side area to eat. The kitchen links to a side room with a washer and dryer. we also have a little porch that looks into the woods as well. it is a great location. very safe gated community with a sand volleyball court, tennis court, basketball court, and we also have a place to wash cars that has a vacuum cleaner for free. it is a very quiet place, we have a swimming pool that is great! one of my favorite places to go! This is a great place to live and a vey safe community. I have three female roommates who are all awesome but are usually at school or work so if you didn't want to interact with them, you would never have to.
