Description

In a one bedroom apartment, building has elevator. I have no need for the bedroom, I use the living room as my study/living room.

Large bedroom with a lot of natural light. Can leave existing queen size bed frame ( no mattress )and dresser, or you can bring your own furniture. The AC in the bedroom will be removed for the winter, if you'd like to use it during the summer we can discuss a fee. The bedroom is also wired for cable so all we'd need to do is get another box for your room.

Steps from Jamaica Ave, J Train, and the park. Very quiet safe neighborhood. Laundry is on in the basement. Trash receptacles located through out building and also in the basement. Trash will go out daily from the kitchen. More than welcome to use my existing kitchen appliances and dishes, just clean up after yourself.

I work full time, with odd hours. Have two cats. Easy going and do most the handy work in the apartment.

No smoking, no drugs, no permanent overnight guests.

Deposit is one months rent. Rent is $900.00 a month and includes utilities, cable and wifi. Aside from the down deposit I will need $75.00 application fee non-refundable.
