- Close to lots of parks and trails

- Large closets for storage

- Whirlpool tub
- Access to semi-private beach on Lake Minnetonka
- Rent is $594.50/mo which includes cable & internet
- Security deposit is 1 months rent
- Application fee
- Water, Garbage & Recycling included
- Gas & Electric split between us. Usually around from $100-$150 per month ($50-$75/each)
- Snow removal / lawn mowing shared with Landlord.
- Available November 1st.
- 12 month lease preferred but shorter / longer arrangements can be considered.

- Lived here over a year, current roommate is moving out
