Second bedroom, 3rd floor, walk-up apartment. Not big, but liveable. Share the rest of the living areas (fridge/bathroom/TVroom) - with respect to personal space. No visitors are welcome, out of respect to me. I sometimes watch my grandson, so he is exempt from this "rule". Nice neighborhood, plenty street traffic, but otherwise normal for the McCully area. Street parking, or we can swap my stall for a street spot - I call it "tag-team parking". Smoking is completely uninvited - unless you must smoke, you can go outside the apartment. I sleep early and wake early and go to work early. Similar daytime schedules are ideal. "Opposite" schedules would work out even better. If you work nights, I would not mind at all. I'll be sleeping when you return.
