I ask for just $600. All of the utilities are included. It is also fully furnished and I'm flexible with the number of months rented. ONLY bring things absolutely necessary. This is a ONE BEDROOM APT so EVERYTHING IS SHARED (Bedroom, closet, living room, bathroom) but there is a brand new comfy couch, which I'm fine with taking sometimes if you're. It is a tight fit for two people thats why I will be as accommodating and flexible as possible. The whole apt including bedroom will be shared with me and my dog. If that's not your thing...sorry! I will also throw in a parking spot.

Ideal roommate: male or female (20-35) clean, not loud, on a similar schedule to me, works, can pay me and easy to get along with.
