I am looking for a female (non-smoker, clean and tidy, drama free) roommate who is looking to live within 1.5 miles of downtown Franklin for $700/month plus 1/2 utilities. I have purchased a town house that is 1500 sq. ft. The two rooms you will be able to choose between are 12'x11' and you will have your own bathroom! The third room will serve as a guest room for our company:-). Deposit is one month's rent.
No pets please. ( I do have a small dog but no other pets will be permitted)
