Zen Roommate Wanted ASAP

Hi! I'm a 44 yo female massage therapist of 20 years who enjoys a zen-like lifestyle and who loves making home a peaceful retreat. I'm looking for a responsible yet easy-going roommate who is clean and respectful. Healthy, drug-free, and non-smoking a must. I would prefer that you have a dayjob, as I work from home primarily.

I have a 3 bed/2 bath duplex in Westlake, close to Mopac, 360, Zilker, & Downtown. Beautiful, quiet, upscale area. You would be renting one bedroom and would have a private bathroom, access to the main areas, use of the huge backyard, and carport parking. Rent is $795/month plus half electric, Internet, & trash. Deposit is $795.
