Private room in shared 1 bedroom

Description

currently have a private room in a decent size one bedroom for rent. The apartment complex is quiet and also has four pools and BBQ areas with 4 laundry sites close by. The green and orange line trolley runs right past the apartment so its convenient if you need to use public transportation as I currentl don't have a car so I use this everyday. There is parkway plaza right across the street with Walmart, smart and final, a movie theater, home deport, petsmart, chase bank, bowling alley, and many more stores. I am a student at SDSU so I have class 5 days a week and I typically work 4 nights a week so I'm only home usually on Sunday's. I am looking for someone with a busy schedule like me. I have a lab dog and a cat so you would have to be pet friendly. Both of my pets are people lovers so no need to worry. The room has a sliding glass door closet with a lot of space and a nice view of the Santee Mountains when you look out of it. We would share the bathroom which has a door to separate where your room would be and the living room so its pretty private also there are about three stairs leading up to the kitchen/bathroom/bedroom. I currently have my bed and TV and couch in the living room and that's where I would be staying so your for the actual bedroom. I get along with everyone I am 26 and female looking for someone around the same age no children please. The place is just not big enough :/. I only have the place until Feb 14th because it was a 6 month lease so perfect for someone who needs temporary place although if it was a good roommate situation I may renew the lease because I like the area. There is a hiking spot/park right at the top of the hill with nice views and all of my neighbors are friendly people.
