ROOM FOR RENT NEAR DOWNTOWN ATHENS

Hi! I'm searching for another roommate to rent the other downstairs bedroom in my 3 bedroom/2 bath house near downtown Athens. You would be sharing the house with me (of course!) and my one other roommate. You would have your own bedroom and be sharing the downstairs bath with just one other person (a girl.) House is completely furnished, but you would need your own bedroom furniture. Please be dog friendly, as I have 2 dogs (both extremely sweet, full of love, and house broken.) Rent will be $500/month (first and last month's rent due at move in). Utilities are included in rent. Pictures available upon request.
