Room for rent (house)

Description

Just purchased a new home and am fairly new to Charlotte. I am a young professional looking for like minded people. The house is nice, clean, with spacious rooms and closets and an excellent back yard.

Currently there are 2 people here, myself and another roommate, but it is a four bedroom. The other bedroom is a gym, with weights and a stationary bike.

The house has WiFi, DirecTV, full kitchen, very nice backyard, large living room TV, washer/dryer and everything you'd need. The room can be unfurnished or partially furnished (I have a bed, table and some other things). Rent is $800 flat (meaning all TV, internet, electric, gas, other utilities, etc. do not add to your cost).

I'm a very laid back person willing to live with anyone, as long as you are respectful, pay on time and don't cause any problems. The only real rules is that there is no smoking in the house and rent is due on the 10th of every month. Outside of that, what you do is your business!

I also have a 2 1/2 year old silver lab that is in the house, but she is incredibly well behaved, very friendly and causes no problems. I only say this in case you may be allergic to dogs.
