Private Room & Bath in Summerlin

Hi, I'm looking to share my 2 bed 2 bath apartment. The place is directly across the street from the new Downtown Summerlin shopping center and one block from Red Rock Resort and Casino. Rent would be $450 plus 1/2 utilities (about $170/ea), and you would be required to be added to the lease (passing a credit and background check). The room is 11x11 and has a nice walk in closet. It also has direct access to your own private bath. The two bedrooms are separated by a hallway which adds a little extra privacy. The apartment has a washer and dryer, as well as a nice balcony. The complex has 2 pools, tennis court, basketball court, clubhouse with pool table, as well as a fitness center. A little about me... I'm a nice, honest, fun guy whose very easy to get along and live with. I don't smoke or do drugs, and I rarely drink. Best of all I have no baggage and I'm 100% DRAMA FREE. I love movies, music, and sports. I'm a HUGE Kings hockey fan, and love my Dodgers, Raiders, and Lakers as well. I work graveyard hours and sleep during the day. I'm not a loud noisy person, and I'm always considerate of my roommate and their privacy. I don't normally have guests over, but when I do it's usually for a sporting event or an occasional poker game. I will always make sure it's cool with my roommate beforehand. I was recently diagnosed with Congestive Heart Failure so I need to live in a calm, chill, stress free environment. I also have a 3yr old Australian Cattle Dog. She's super friendly, highly intelligent, and very well trained. She gets along with other animals, but I'm not looking to add another pet here, sorry. She really LOVES people, so if you are allergic to animals or not a fan of pets this is definitely not the place for you. It probably goes without saying, but I'd really like to find a roommate similar to myself who is employed and able to pay their rent/bills on time.
