Room for rent in Townhouse with own bathroom. I rent a Townhouse Golf Links / Pantano Parkway area. I pay $800 a month. I am looking to rent room for $300 a month, plus 50% utilities including internet and cable, or I will rent you room for $500 a month including all utilities. You do not have to pay deposit just $60 so I can complete criminal background check which I will deduct from first month's rent. I am renting month to month, due to wanting to purchase motorcoach and fulltime RVing or moving to Phoenix.
You must be non-smoker, drinker or drugs, which I will not allow. I am retired Correctional Sergeant with ADOC, landlord is retired Correctional with ADOC.
You must be pet friendly as I have two 9yr. old dachshunds who are like spoiled teenagers. They are very sneaky and like to sneak out front door.
Since I am on disability I do need help maintaining front and backyard.
I not interested if you have or had financial issues, everybody has those these days, all I care is you can pay rent and utilities in timely manner.
I do have full headboard, footboard, sideboards, to loan you all you need to do is supply wooden slats, full mattress and box spring.
You must have no pets and Michael Perry Park is right behind Townhome, so park gets noisy on occasions.
Room is available April 1st.
