Private room/southwest side

Hi,

Looking for a roomate. Preferably a professional, someone who cleans up after themselves, is honest and who is past the "party" all the time stage. Must like animals as we have 2 well behaved dogs. The room listed is in a 3 bedroom house on the southwest side. ( Willowbend and South Post Oak.) You will have your own private bathroom. Its 10 minutes from Galleria and Medical center. We are super easy going and looking for someone easy going and drama free as well. We are asking for either a 6 or 12 month lease and a deposit of $600 plus first months rent. Thanks!
