Have a 3000 sqft, 2 story, 4/2 and a half bath with 1 room for rent. Former male coworker (executive buyer) lives in a room upstairs and a female (professional) roommate is in another upstairs. The 3rd room upstairs is available now. Will have full access to all of home except master suite which is downstairs. Small back yard that is fenced in. Landscaped, security alarm, wi-fi, washer/dryer, dishwasher, storage, plenty of room. I'm a 40/m professional in the Oil/Gas industry. No deposit required - just first month rent up front. But $200 nonrefundable deposit required if more than one person. Only professionals inquire please. Will accept male or female, mature, quite and easy going and no pets please.
