Excellent, safe, and private place

I just bought a new 3 bedroom 2 bath home. at The house is located in Sterling Lakes a gated community with many amenities, pool, workout room, internet
a lake with walking trail. You
have access to the living room and full use of the kitchen. It also has a two car garage, so
you will have an attached
garage. This is a safe community 20 minutes from downtown on 288. I am a
professional, clean, respectful
and honest. I am looking for those qualities in a roommate. The house is state of the art.
No pets, drugs, no felonys. No smoking in the house, but you are welcome to smoke outside. The rooms are
unfurnished at this time. All
bills paid 600 a month 200 dollar deposit 100 of which is non refundable. Male or female may apply not looking for anything other than a roommate. I have wifi (the entire house) and cable in common area. (Star, HBO, VH1, etc.). Xfinity
