Nice and safe location close to 24/7 groceries, pharmacy and laundry. The house is located just in 5 minute walking distance to Brooklyn College, Triangle Junction . It's 5 min to subway station Flatbush ave - Brooklyn College (2,5 trains) . It comes completely furnished and with all utilities and high-speed Wi-Fi included. It's has own private rooftop with private entrance. Housekeeper is coming in the beginning of every week, but we expect all people to clean up after themselves.
We are fighting high Big Apple rent as much as we can, so it is just $450/month.
