The rooms I am offering comes with common areas shared and all bills paid which include the following : electric, water,wifi, washer/ dryer,and satellite television.The rooms are fully furnished and clean. . The smoking area is located on the back porch. This is a alcohol and drug free home. I do require a deposit of 300.00.
