Description

I'm looking for another woman to share my house with me. It's a 2-bedroom with a Jack-and-Jill bath just off Henderson Ave. The house has a utility room, a large shady backyard, central air/heat, wood floors, a dishwasher, and washer/dryer. It's in a central location, with dozens of restaurants and bars in the area, and easy highway access. The utilities include high-speed Internet, water, gas, and power.

I've furnished the whole house, including the room that I'm advertising. The room has a daybed that converts from a single bed to a king-sized bed, and has three drawers for storage. I'm also providing the linens for the bed. Additional storage includes a chest of 6 drawers; a side table with 2 drawers; a wardrobe with two bars for hangers and shelf space; there is a hanging shoe rack on the closet door; and the hanging mirror also acts as a cabinet. The room has an HD flat screen TV with a DVD drive, and an Amazon Fire Stick for accessing online content.

I am in my mid 30's, social and pretty chill, and keep my living space tidy. I love my dog. She is a 35 lb. 5-year-old Sheltie/Golden Retriever mix, sweet, and well behaved. I work regular office hours in administration for a local school district. I also love practicing the languages that I speak - Spanish, Portuguese, and Italian.

If you are interested in sharing my house with me, there is an application, and a $30 processing fee. The deposit for the room is $200 and is fully refundable if one month is given before moving out.
