I'm looking for a roommate to share my apartment in Montrouge It's a seventy m² apartment with two bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchen (including a dishwasher) and a very modern bathroom as well as a toilet room. It has a spacious living room which feels a little empty given its size but that I’m hoping to fill with furniture and decorations with time. The room offered is quite large and luminous, and already has a bed and desk (see linked photos).It is located in the center of Montrouge, in the directly southern periphery of Paris (ten minutes away from the fourteenth district), and has multiple supermarkets/convenience stores as well as many utility stores very close by. The neighborhood is very comfortable and safe. The apartment has all necessary furniture but you’re free to buy/bring some to help it fit your taste. The monthly rent is set at (see listing), all utilities included. There is currently no laundry machine, but there is a laundromat on the block. The place is located very close to metro line minutes away from Porte D’Orléans which has many buses and a stop for tramway line t3a.I’m looking for a sociable, down-to-earth person, preferably a student. I’m fairly strict on hygiene, and am more of a night person though if you’re not too loud there shouldn’t be any problems as I’m usually not very noisy myself.
