Living room, kitchen, laundry, finished basement (bar/hangout spot) are all shared. Parking is on street but is usually not a problem. House is next to a large church on a well lit main street. All utilities & internet are included. My work has me on a random schedule and I come and go at all different times. I'm a workaholic and don't normally hang out at home much.
