Apt complex has a pool, gym, garages and storage. Garages and storage units are extra. The other roommate is a year old male whom is also very quiet. We are looking for someone that is wanting a calm and quiet space to live. We seldom have guests as we prefer our quiet lifestyle. You will need to be added to the lease in order to acquire keys so please only people with a good credit and/or rental history.

Hi there! We will have a Jack & Jill coming available (rooms connected through shared bathroom). Our current roommates are a couple and they used one space as their bedroom and the other as an office/living room! You’re more than welcome to use our living room but they just wanted their own little space! Our current roommates are moving out so this space will be available after Nov. 4th! We do have 3 dogs and a bunny so pet friendly is a MUST. We do occasionally ask for help with the pets but that’s totally not required, just a huge plus! My name is Maliyah and my Fiancés name is Chris and we have a very laid back, welcoming, fun home! We don’t ask much besides to clean up after yourself and keep the house clean/tidy. The rooms are pretty ducked off and we rarely bump in to our current roommates by their choice but we love to hangout and chat as well! The rent does include all JEA, Water, WiFi, laundry detergent/pods.

6 month Timeframe, roommate is moving out next year once lease is up in April ’, looking for either a roommate to move in and resign lease or move into a different apartment close by [Bartram Park] area.
