The kitchen has a dishwasher and plenty of storage for two people. The apartment complex has access to pools, a jacuzzi, sauna, steam room, tennis courts, and a safe walkable area. We're about a minute walk or a 2 minute drive to the beach. My apartment is very cozy and peaceful, just the way I like it! When in Los Angeles, I work over twelve hours a day at my company in Culver City. I am never in LA on the weekends due to the fact my family lives outside of the city and I spend weekends there.You can fully furnish the place if you prefer; my only possessions would be in one of the bedrooms. The rest of the place would be yours.Looking for someone ideally in the entertainment industry who is driven and not a partier. The beach is less than a minute walk so if you surf, it’s ideal.The kitchen is small, but has a full oven and lots of cabinetry.
