All utilities are covered, including the internet. Your room is upstairs. There is one shared bathroom upstairs, and half shared bathroom downstairs. There will be a total of 3 roommates besides my parents. Parking is on the side of the street. Big room is twelve by ten ft. Small room is by eleven ft. - No pets allowed- Must be quiet and clean after yourself- No smoking or any recreational drug use- Must pass through a background check- Requires deposit upon moving in (same as rent)- Income needs to be at least 3 times of rent- Minimum 3 months stay========================================================================We're a married couple offering a furnished room in our quiet home in the Midtown area.
