House has a spacious front deck with PIN code entry, large grassy backyard and a big storage shed. Kitchen is fully equipped with induction stove/oven, a full and half size fridge, dining nook, toaster oven, kettle, microwave, pots, pans, cutlery, cups and dishes. Unfortunately no smoking indoors (nicotine vape ok). No pets. House rules are generally just clean up after yourself, pay rent on time, and be respectful of other housemates. No quiet time set but this can be discussed later. Landlord does not do extensive background check but requests equivalent first, last & deposit (utilities excluded last mo&deposit) upon move in but will be returned end of lease.
