Housemate needed starting in September/October 1st. Relocate to the Southside of the James (the best side) and enjoy some breathing room! We are in North Chesterfield, literally a street away from Richmond City limits, within biking distance of lots of shops, restuarants, & grocery, close to both Larus Park & Pony Pasture. You'll be sharing our 2k+ sq ft home with 2 other adults, myself and my partner, one large dog and 2 crazy kittens. Renting through a private landlord (not us, we are also tenants) who we have a great relationship with. Rent is $/month. Utilities usually run around $ per person and internet is $. You'll get a bedroom (the largest one, technically the master) and extensive room to spread out in our shared spaces; living room, dining room, incredible kitchen, (we keep the spice rack STOCKED so go off chef!) 2 full bathrooms, ('s a shower, go figure), den, office space/creative studio, laundry room & extensive storage space.The house is mostly furnished already. However, we are currently rearranging after our last housemate's move out (hence the some of the empty listing photos) and there is possibly/likely space for additional furniture if you have any.We're on a huge, super private lot that backs up to a creek. The patio set up is *chef's kiss* firepit and grill included, and the garden is popping off. I've invested a lot into native plants so if that is your thing I'm excited to share it with you.Us: mid s, cis F&M respectively, my partner works full time and often OT in construction so weekdays are pretty quiet, the mornings are early and the days are long for her. We consider ourselves easy to live with, the best senses of humor, and we're both a little nerdy (mycology, D&D, thrifting, game nights, nature stuff, art things... if it's niche and nerd, we probably have some affiliation with it!)You: An adult who is capable of bills on time and cleaning up after themselves.
