The apartment has high speed internet, a sunny, eat-in kitchen, and two bathrooms. Laundry in building. Share with two housemates. Grocery, restaurants, bars, Greenwood cemetery, all within blocks. ____________-The apartment is furnished other than your bedroom. -Wood floors, brick wall in the living room, lots of art. -There’s one shared bathroom and a narrow kitchen, lined with bookshelves. Your bedroom has a view of downtown manhattan. -Current roommate comfortably has a full size bed, a dresser and makeup table. -There’s a small closet in the bedroom, that’s deeper than it is wide. -You’ll also have access to a linen and coat closet in the shared space for use/storage.________________-I am looking for a roommate to join the lease.
