I am looking for straight, professional male who have love and respect for a old Victorian house; I would like a quite, neat and independent persons over age 40 to share with 2 others over 50 yrs old. One that can be trusted and one who lives well in a shared environment. One who loves privacy a lot of the time but also enjoys good conversations from time to time. Looking to long term.
House has 3 kitchens and 3 bathroom, washer/dryer, cable,WiFi, on bus line and off st parking. Entrance to I-75 Freeway is about 1/2 mile away. No pets or children live in this house at this time. Need to have own bed linen and blankets and pot and pans. All utilities included in rent!! Long Term Male Rental only & FURNISHED
