Great Building in Downtown

Hi, I’m looking for someone to take over my lease because I’m planning on moving back to California for grad school and need someone to take over my lease that ends in February . You will have your own bathroom, walk in closet, in unit laundry, balcony, parking spot, access to /hr gym, pool, AC, and more! Everything is included in the rent! Ideally someone will move in by May 1st or sooner. Room can be furnished or unfurnished. If you want it furnished you can have all my stuff for free. If not, I will donate everything
. The building is very central to Miami and you’re walking distance to many stores, shops, Bayfront Park, and more. My roommate Andy works from home and is very quiet. He works in Marketing and Partnerships and is gay.
