Hill I'm taking over lease move in May 1
- Aprill (year long) could maybe do a few days sooner). Looking for a roomate asap!! It's a great apartment Downtown. hour concierge, full amenities; indoor/outdoor hot tub, sauna & steam room, great gym, roof top, pool table, walking distance to everything, etc. Private room with private bathroom! Everything is around give or take with bills included and everything and parking $ not included. The total is $ for rent which we would split.
Since it's a takeover there is no processing fee and just application fee! It's also on the second to highest floor!
Let me know if you're interested to see pics:) I want to do everything asap, it's a steal for the price. I was going to lock it down this morning but had a last minute change in my roomate situation

I am a biomedical student! I graduate in October:)) i love to go out for dinner and cocktails! I'm in May! I love animals but no pets, i am very spontaneous and I LOVE the beach and tanning by the pool! I love music, House edm etc and I ride a motorcycle! I love working out too. The gym is so important for me so if you workout that's awesome.
