bedroom and private bathroom

We have a bath Ground floor apt we live in, your potential room will have its own private bathroom attached.
LGBT friendly, my boyfriend and i are fairly quiet people, i mean we dont throw parties or have a bunch of people over and we are looking for someone similar.
I work as a Machinist and my bf goes to school fulltime.
we keep the apt super clean, please pickup after yourself, do your own dishes etc.... all the respectful grownup stuff :)
thew complex is about 4 years old, everything is fairly new.
we will happily share the living areas such as the kitchen and living room, we love to cook, hope you do too!
all utilities included, we also have Astound 1Gig internet, its crazy fast and can handle ALL our broadband usage.
the pics i posted are from the model apt, BUT our apt is the EXACT same layout... ill update the pics soon. also, room is completely unfurnished. please bring your own bed.
