This area is very safe and quiet, trader joes is in walking distance. You can take a bike trail over the bridge to get there!
Apartment has a gym, two pools, & jacuzzi
It is minutes to roseville and minutes to sacramento if you need to commute. (We both commute to work)

PETS: No cats please, I’m sorry. We may make an exception for a small, well behaved & potty trained dog. Pet deposit & pet rent will apply.

We are looking for another female working professional/stable job who is clean, active, & responsible. You must apply & qualify with the apartment after we meet. No couples please.

We are two females in our late ’s, one working professional and one working full time and studying. We maintain & value a clean, clutter free space. We keep active/workout/go to the gym and have busy lives. We don’t bring the party home - with the occasional wine night/ painting or decorating or vision boards/dinner party/game night.
