Hey! I'm William. I work in insurance from home, hours a week. I would need good Internet and a wired connection (you'd benefit too) and relatively quiet while I'm at work please! I work until most days and no later than on a few days. We'll talk about that later!

I need a room for myself and a room for my daughter who would be visiting weekly, and preferably our own bathroom. ba. But we could easily get a bath and split or whatever you'd need! Split utilities .

I'm a clean person, and do a "house reset" on Sundays, I would ask that you get involved for at least minutes most of the time. If we clean together, it's done quickly! Let's pick some music and jam.

I just want a relatively peaceful place to live and I hope you do too! I'm open to any style of cohabitation, if that means we play board games on Tuesdays and we share food? As long as it's fair, sure!

If you want separate mere cohabitation? Sure! Your space is your space. Just.... Tell me, okay? Communication is key.

Hoping to hear from you soon, I'd like to move in mid March if possible, my current lease ends April 1.
