Private room private bath

On the first floor, elevator access. minute walk to target! Has a hour gym and a pool/jacuzzi. Living room is furnished with my things but welcome to decorate as you see fit! bathroom so you have your own private space. Do need a roomie who is willing to commit to a minimum month lease. I do have pets so need to be pet friendly/cannabis friendly/LGBTQ+ friendly. There is free parking but it’s first come first serve $ a month for covered parking. In unit laundry, dishwasher, microwave, and electric stove. I’m a very relaxed introvert, mostly will stick to myself but down for some drinks and board games. Would like someone with a similar vibe
