Looking for female roommate

Description

Hi, I’m looking for someone to take over my lease in South Scottsdale. The apartment complex is called San Travesia. I am in a bath. The room I am in is the one on the far right bottom corner on the floor pan.
I share a bathroom with one of my roommates. Both of my roommates are , both female and very laid-back, but also very clean. I would like to get this process started ASAP as I have some family things going on and need to move back home. Max rent is in the summer after utilities and everything.
