My roommate and I have two available spaces--we are welcoming either an individual roommate (male or female) or a couple (we welcome any) to occupy one of these spaces as soon as possible and as late as January 10, 2016. Alternative move-in dates are welcome--but the earlier, the better. Tenants who wish to move in before December 31, 2015 will NOT have to pay a pro-rated rent or utilities, so act fast if you want to seal the deal.

Description of spaces:
Space #1: The loft. The loft is 14'X12' with a closet space appropriate for one person. The full, private bathroom has dimensions of 5'X9'. Although the loft does not have a door, it offers plenty of privacy and does not catch too many acoustics from downstairs. This space is perfect for an individual who enjoys open space and a modern twist on apartment living. The rent for this available space is $676 per month, non-negotiable.

Space #2: The Private Bedroom. The private bedroom is 15'X11' with a closet space appropriate for up to two people. The full, private bathroom has dimensions of 10'X9', and conveniently connects to the main downstairs area. In addition, this bathroom contains the laundry room--offering easy access to the tenants who occupy the bedroom. There are three windows located in this space, with two windows facing the southwest for a tree-covered sunset--and one window facing the southeast for a tree-covered sunrise. This space is perfect for both an individual or a couple. The rent for this available space is a negotiable $750/mo.

Description of Utilities:
We offer HD Cable and Internet at $40/mo. ($120 split 3 ways). Gas and Electric usually add up anywhere from $40-$65/mo. ($120-$195 split 3 ways). Finally, water usually adds up from $9-$12/mo. ($27-$36 split 3 ways).
