Room Available in Centennial

Heyo,

I am looking for a roommate for my 2 bedroom apartment in Centennial. I do have a 2 year old Black Lab named Smokey.

The room for rent will come with its own full bathroom and walk in closet. The shared Living Room is furnished. unfortunately the bedroom is not so you would need to have a bed (I do have an extra TV if you would want it). Also am willing to total rent costs for the right roommate

Tend to just chill in my room listening to music or just playing games. Only time I would say I am loud is when I am playing guitar or piano, which isn't to often. My dog however loves to cuddle and play and has a bit of energy.

Would like to meet up at least for coffee or lunch to make sure we vibe before moving in! My move in date is flexible since I am just looking for a roommate.
