Looking for someone to over my tena

Hi, I´m looking for someone to take over my tenancy in a 4 bedroom house, newly refurbished (all bills included). It is a minute walk to the university. Reach out for the address and more details. The tenancy ends in July.
Three girls already live in the house, two of them are student nurses, and they are very friendly people.
The bedroom it is on the ground floor and is large with a Divan & mattress. There is a desk and chair, a dresser with 4 drawers, two door wardrobe and a bedside unit with two drawers. The private bathroom is very spacious with a bath top. The house also has an outside patio, and there is a washing machine and a dryer that you can find in the kitchen.
