Ideal roommate should be around 21-29, have a reliable income source and be mindful about cleaning after him/herself; non-smoker (of any kind) and currently attending school. No drugs, loud music, late hour's guests or excessive overnight guests.

This funky quaint home (read typical 1950 AZ construction's quirks and irks) is fully furnished has WiFi internet access throughout, tile floors, laundry room with washer + dryer, covered patio area and a grassy backyard.

The room is available through July 31st, with the option to extend it to the following semester. A lease agreement and deposit are required.

Utilities expenses: Electricity (varies from the low $15 on winter/spring to avg $55 on summer months)
