I'm looking for a female roommate, preferably in their mid-s, to rent 1 bedroom in my -bathroom condo located in a serene, tree-lined neighborhood at Airport and Nelson. This will be a shared living space with me, and I'm excited to find someone friendly and responsible to call this cozy place home!

Rent: $/month + shared gas, electric, and internet costs (Rough Estimation in the Listing)
Size: sq. ft., two-story walk-up

Minimum 1-year lease, with longer terms negotiable
Move-in available as early as January th

The condo is located in a quiet, friendly community with plenty of trees and nearby amenities. It features lots of windows, letting in tons of natural light, and a private entrance to the second-floor patio, creating a cozy and inviting atmosphere. You'll have your own bedroom and bathroom for privacy while sharing the common areas (kitchen, living room, office area, etc.) with me.

I'm a friendly, respectful, and clean female in my mid-s. I've lived in the Boulder area for 8 years and am looking for a roommate with similar habits who values a positive and peaceful living environment.
