At least minutes from Kaiser Permanente - Duluth. Medium-sized room. Close to bathroom. Preferably no steps. Closet. Storage? Security system. Utilities included washer and dryer, full kitchen. Polite, quiet and intelligent grown woman who loves crafts, puzzles, true crime documentaries/podcasts, bible studies, journaling, reading, music, movies, etc. Do not like people who are not accountable for their own actions. No arguing. No drama. No fighting.No problem
